The team hosted my family wonderfully. They were very kind during a difficult time. The food was excellent and the drinks lovely. All the staff were understanding and respectful.
Breakfast was not available every day. It was only offered on certain days of the week. Certain soft furnishing items in the room were clearly old and not maintained. The room was clean though.

The staff were friendly and helpful .
My room was quite small and the bathroom felt outdated. I noticed a damp, musty smell upon entering the room. It became quite strong later. Traffic noise was also a problem, even with the windows closed.
